Breakwater Hotel

"The rooms are immaculate, comfortable bed, easy parking. Nice walk to the beach chairs available for the beach and the staff couldn’t be any more friendly great ice machine. The air conditioning is great The continental breakfast is lovely. I just love this place."

"Very nice hotel. There are some minor issues, like no total darkness in the room and a loud A/C unit, but there is nothing, that can be unresolved. Rooms are small, but enough. There is a nice Keurig coffee maker and a hairdryer. It has nice shower. Outdoor seating, outdoor grill area. Very useful. Very nice location, close to both Provincetown and National seashore beaches. Bay beach across the road. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Overall very happy with the place. Thank you!"

"Had an amazing time staying here as our first time to Cape Cod. The room was very clean, the loungers outside and view was very relaxing and just a short walk across the street to get to the water. The location was great and a short drive to town center. The staff is very helpful and super friendly! Would absolutely come back!"
